- Issue 2: Maps of last week trap captures are now available on the web. If you have suggestions on the format let us know. Bill Miller caught the first moth of the season April 8 in Waseca county. A single moth is definitely not enough to cause panic. I suspect we might see some moths in the next few days, particularly in the SC and SE. We will soon have a short newsletter on black cutworm moth migration ready. For those of you who would like to practice outguessing mother nature, this upcoming issue will have information on weather systems the moths use.
